How do I access the conference?
- Create a Whova account using the email address you used to register for the conference.
- Sign in to the Together for Families Whova Web Portal using Google Chrome to access the conference.
- Refer to the Whova User Guide for step-by-step instructions for using the Whova platform.
Can I use Whova on any device?
Yes, Whova supports a mobile and desktop version. Access the Together for Families conference in Whova.
Is there an app?
Yes! Download the Whova app.
Will conference sessions be recorded?
Yes, sessions, including the Bright Spot Deep Dives, will be recorded. Recordings will be available to conference participants on the Whova platform until January 21, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Do I need to sign up for individual sessions?
Watch this 1-minute video on how to view and add to your agenda.
- Add all Plenary Sessions for October 20–22. There will be random drawings throughout the event that require nothing other than being present!
- Choose your Concurrent Sessions (workshops) for October 20–22.
- Add the Bright Spot Deep Dives sessions for October 20 and 21.
When will the conference begin each day?
The conference begins at 11:00 a.m. ET each day. Visit the Agenda for the most up-to-date information on session topics and schedule. All sessions are listed in Eastern Time.
How can I make sure I know what time sessions start in my time zone?
All conference session times are displayed in Eastern Time (ET). To make sure you do not miss a session, we recommend these steps:
- Use a time zone converter. Tools like TimeandDate, TimeZoneWizard, or World Time Buddy can help you quickly convert session times to your local time zone.
- Download the Whova app. If you have not already, download the Whova app to your smartphone for easy access to the conference schedule. Once in the app, you can click on sessions and add them directly to your calendar using options like iCal, Google Calendar, or Outlook, so they are set to the correct time zone for you.
This way, you will stay on track and not miss a session, no matter where you are.
